Leadership & Management

Jack is the founder of Coastal Projects, bringing a practical and results-driven approach to every development. With a strong background in multiresidential construction, earthworks, and subdivision projects, Jack oversees the entire project lifecycle — from site acquisition and feasibility through to delivery. He works closely with developers, consultants, and clients to ensure each project is cost-effective, well-managed, and completed to a high standard.

Dave leads the delivery of our multi-unit developments on the ground. With years of experience in residential construction and site management, he oversees our building teams, coordinates trades, and ensures that every build meets our quality, safety, and scheduling standards. Dave’s experience also spans civil works and site infrastructure, making him instrumental in managing integrated earthworks and landscape packages across our developments.

Sarah plays a key role in keeping our projects running smoothly from start to finish. She manages build programming, coordinates subcontractors and suppliers, and oversees project tracking to ensure jobs stay on schedule. Working closely with the site team and office, Sarah helps maintain clear communication across all stages of a build, supporting the efficient delivery of high-quality homes for our clients.

Site Project Management

With 14 years of hands-on experience, Matt now leads multiple job sites in his role as Project Manager. He ensures projects run smoothly from planning through to completion, combining calm, practical leadership with sharp attention to detail. Matt’s ability to coordinate teams, manage resources, and solve challenges on the ground makes him a trusted leader who consistently delivers successful outcomes.

As a qualified builder with a background in earthworks and civil construction, Tommy brings both technical expertise and leadership to his role as Site Manager. Equally confident on the tools or coordinating a crew, he ensures daily site operations run smoothly. With a Class 4 license and strong digger skills, he keeps projects moving efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard — with no shortcuts.

Jett has been with Coastal Projects for a number of years and is a qualified builder with strong experience in running residential building sites. He brings a large amount of practical knowledge and hands-on expertise to each project, ensuring high standards of workmanship and smooth day-to-day site operations. Jett’s leadership and attention to detail make him a key part of our team.
