With 30+ years of experience, Rod’s built everything from schools to retirement villages. He’s seen it all and knows how to keep a site running like clockwork.

Matt Meredith

Foreman

With 14 years of hands-on experience, Matt now runs multiple job sites and keeps everything ticking over with calm, practical leadership and a sharp eye for detail.

Tommy Lynch

A qualified builder with a background in earthworks and civil, Tommy’s just as comfortable on the tools as he is leading a crew. With a Class 4 license and digger skills to match, he keeps things moving on site—efficiently and with no shortcuts.

With over 45 years in earthmoving, civil, and demolition work, Ross has done it all—across New Zealand and Australia. From mining to forestry to trucking, he brings serious knowledge to site and plays a key mentoring role within the Coastal team.
